Cowles Mountain is a hike that is always open, and welcoming of most fitness levels. This is a nice quick hike for those who want to get a hike in before heading in to the office.  If you are just starting out hiking, this hike will get you in shape quickly. For those who have been hiking for some time, this hike will still present some challenges, and you can always run up to the top if you want an even bigger challenge.
