Private Yoga Class uses classical Hatha postures, balancing physical effort and relaxation. Classes can incorporate guided relaxation, breathing practices, sound vibration (repetition of mantra or chant), and silent meditation. Postures are personalized based on a postural assessment and the goals of the practitioner. Each session runs an hour long including a 5 minute intake at the beginning of the session.
