    • Payment Terms:

      a. Payments for membership will be automatically deducted from the member's designated payment method on the 1st of each month.
      b. The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Activation Fee:

      a. A one-time activation fee is required upon joining the Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa membership program.
      b. The activation fee is collected at the time of membership signup
      c. The activation fee will be divided into two equal installments, with half of the fee deducted from the 2nd month of membership payment and the remaining half deducted from on the 3rd month’s payment
      d. The activation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including membership termination or cancellation.
       
      Please note that the specific timing and amount of the activation fee installments can be adjusted based on the policies and preferences of Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa.

    • Cancellation Policy:

      a. Members must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
      b. Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or changes will result in the member losing that month's service without refund or credit.
      c. No-shows for scheduled appointments will also result in the member losing that month's service without refund or credit.

    • Services:

      a. The services included in the membership are exclusive to the member and are non-transferable.

      b. Members may not share or transfer their membership services to another individual.

      c. Additional services beyond the membership package may be purchased separately at the associated discounted rate based on the members’ membership package

    • Membership Benefits:

      a. Members are entitled to receive the specific services and benefits outlined in their chosen membership package.
      b. Any additional benefits or promotions offered by Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa may be subject to availability and are at the discretion of the spa.
      c. Products, packages, or services currently on sale or discounted are ineligible for member-specific discounts.

    • Membership Termination:

      a. The membership can be terminated by the member at any time by providing written notice to Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa.
      b. Termination notice must be received at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
      c. Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund or credit for any violation of the terms and conditions, including but not limited to misconduct, abuse of facilities, or failure to comply with spa policies.

    • Changes to Terms and Conditions:

      a. Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa reserves the right to modify or update the membership terms and conditions at any time.
      b. Members will be notified of any changes via email or other suitable means.
      c. Continued use of the membership services after receiving notification of changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

    • Expired Services:

      a. Unused services included in the membership package will expire based on the specific membership package purchased.
      b. Members are responsible for utilizing all services within the billing cycle to maximize the benefits of their membership.

    • Facility Usage:

      a. Members are expected to comply with all spa rules and regulations while using the facilities.
      b. Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to certain facilities or services for any member found in violation of the rules or engaging in misconduct.

    • Privacy and Confidentiality:

      a. Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of member information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
      b. Members agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during their membership to any third parties.

    • Force Majeure:

      a. Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

    • Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

      a. This membership agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa is located.
      b. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

    • Severability:

      a. If any provision of this membership agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

      By signing up for the membership at Onyeka Tefari Wellness and Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions.
