New Moon Hike & Intention Circle: The Seed | Planting One Nourishing Habit
February 15 @ 5:00 pm
Free
As we move deeper into the year, the February New Moon offers fertile ground to plant with intention. This month’s new moon hike theme, “The Seed,” invites us to move beyond broad resolutions and choose one small, nourishing habit to cultivate over the coming lunar cycle. What tiny seed—when tended daily—could grow into greater energy, peace, or clarity?
On our hike along the Father Junipero Serra and Grinding Rock Trails, we’ll walk with the question: What does my system truly need to flourish? During our intention circle, we’ll each commit to one realistic, compassionate habit—whether it’s five minutes of morning stillness, an evening digital sunset, or a daily moment of gratitude. We’ll plant this seed in the dark soil of the new moon, trusting the process of gentle, consistent growth.
What to Bring:
-
Sturdy shoes, water, and a layer for the evening.
-
A small token representing your chosen habit (a smooth stone, a seed pod, etc.—optional).
-
A heart ready to nurture one small change.
Wellness Connection: True wellness is built not through drastic overhauls, but through consistent, loving rituals. This practice mirrors the care we bring to every treatment at Onyeka Tefari Wellness, where each session is a nurturing ritual for your whole being.
