PCOS Support Circle: Foundations & First Steps
March 8 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Welcome to our inaugural PCOS Support Circle! This first meeting is designed as a starting point for anyone navigating the complexities of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome—whether you’re newly diagnosed, seeking a diagnosis, or simply looking to connect with others who understand.
We’ll begin by laying a foundation of understanding in a safe, supportive environment. This session is perfect if you’ve ever felt confused, dismissed, or alone on your PCOS journey.
What to Expect:
- Clarity & Community: A clear, supportive overview of PCOS basics, and an introduction to the mission of our group—to foster knowledge, advocacy, and mutual support.
- Navigating the Path: Practical insights on seeking a diagnosis and advocating for your health within the medical system.
- Shaping Our Circle: A collaborative discussion on what you need from this community, including meeting frequency, topics for future sessions, and how we can support each other between meetings.
Who Should Attend?
- Individuals who suspect they might have PCOS and don’t know where to start.
- Those recently diagnosed looking for community and resources.
- Anyone with PCOS seeking a supportive space to share experiences and learn about self-advocacy.
- Partners or allies who want to better understand the condition (optional—please specify if attending with someone).
This is a judgment-free zone. Come as you are, with your questions and your curiosity. Let’s build this supportive community together.
