What to Expect:
This all-levels practice is tailored for those who spend long hours sitting. We'll begin with a 45-minute restorative flow, guiding you to tune into your body and gently stretch areas that commonly hold tension—like the hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck. Through supported postures and breath awareness, we'll work to release physical stress and cultivate a sense of ease.

The final 15 minutes will be dedicated to the immersive experience of sound healing. Allow the soothing vibrations of singing bowls to wash over you, calming your nervous system and integrating the benefits of your practice for a state of deep rest.
