What happens at each visit
Check-in
Every follow-up begins with a brief check-in — how has your skin been responding since your last appointment, how is your home care routine going, any new triggers or changes in your routine worth noting. This information shapes how your treatment is approached that day.
Active treatment
Your follow-up session is a targeted active treatment shaped by where your skin is right now. A thorough cleanse prepares the skin, exfoliation breaks down congestion at the level your skin currently needs, manual extractions clear active blackheads and clogged pores, a bacteria-targeting step calms inflammation and addresses breakouts at the source, and your session closes with a calming, purifying finish — chosen based on whether your skin needs deeper purifying or extra barrier support that day.
No two visits are identical because your skin is always changing. What it needs three weeks into clearing is different from what it needs in week eight. Your protocol reflects that.
Home care review
If your home care routine needs adjusting based on how your skin is responding — a product swap, a frequency change, a new step added — that happens at your follow-up visit. Your protocol is a living document, not a fixed prescription.
