AOAO: Summer Welcome!

June 25 @ 6:00 am - 8:00 am

$0.00

AOAO stands for Abs Out-Ass Out, and that means we will be wearing cut off tops, short shorts, no shirts (for the guys), and just celebrating EVERY Body. Summer is officially here on June 21, and we are heading over to Cowles Mountain to celebrate our summer bodies the 1st Saturday of Summer! Whatever body Summer of 2022 greets you with, join us for this hike celebrating body positivity, the start of summer, and good times ahead of us.  Wear whatever makes you comfortable, but get out, and have fun with us!

Cowles Mountain is a prominent mountain located in the San Carlos neighborhood, within the city limits of San Diego. The 1,593-foot summit is the highest point of the city of San Diego. It is protected within Mission Trails Regional Park. The main trail to the summit is a popular hiking destination taking hundreds of people per day to a 360-degree panorama of San Diego County. The hike to the top is 1.5 miles (2.4 km) long and an elevation change of about 950 feet (290 m). This trail is on the corner of Golfcrest Drive and Navajo Road.
